Fluorescent penetrating inspection on supersonic flame-spraying coatings

摘要: 通过调节不同的喷涂和磨削工艺,制作了大量火焰喷涂层表面缺陷试样,对试样进行荧光渗透检测及对检测结果进行分析总结。在大量试验的基础上,确立了火焰喷涂层渗透检测缺陷分类情况,为火焰喷涂制件渗透检测工艺的确定和缺陷的评价提供了重要的数据支撑。Abstract: Many samples with surface defects on the coating fabricated by supersonic flame-spraying are made by modulating different spraying and grinding technique. Then the samples are inspected by fluorescent penetrating inspection and the results are analysed and collected.The defects on coating are classified with these test data. So many results afford important data for ensuring FPI techniques and defects evaluation.
