    飞机导管损伤的弱磁检测

    Weak magnetic detection of aircraft conduit damage

    • 摘要: 因飞机导管特殊的结构和安装位置的复杂性,给损伤检测带来了较大的困难。研究了基于弱磁检测的飞机导管损伤检测的可行性,并结合ANSYS软件仿真方法梳理了常见的损伤类型及部位,利用试验研究了弱磁检测的可行性,及扫查方式对不同部位缺陷检测的影响。通过分析试验结果,验证了弱磁检测技术在飞机导管损伤检测上的可行性,为飞机导管检测提供了一种检测方法。

       

      Abstract: Because of the complexity of the special structure and installation position of aircraft conduit, it is difficult to detect its damage. This paper studies the feasibility of aircraft conduit damage detection based on weak magnetic field detection, outlines common damage types and locations with ANSYS simulation method, and studies the feasibility of weak magnetic field detection and the influence of scanning methods on defect detection of different locations by experiments. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the feasibility of weak magnetic field detection technology in aircraft conduit damage detection is verified, which provides a detection method for aircraft conduit detection.
