超声检测标准试块的分析与实验教学试件的设计

Analysis of standard ultrasonic testing blocks and design of test piece forexperimental teaching

  • 摘要: 通过分析超声检测的国家与行业标准中校准试块与参考试块的结构和功能特征,结合无损检测课程中本科教学实验环节的实际教学目标,从多功能一体化的设计目标出发,设计了满足实验教学需求的试件。试件具备平面、圆柱面、矩形槽、平底孔、横孔、短横孔等典型特征,并避免了检测时试块功能特征之间的相互干扰,可用于直探头、斜探头及超声检测设备的分辨力、灵敏度、水平线性、垂直线性、斜探头入射点等的测定,以及模拟缺陷的检测。
    Abstract: The structural and functional features of ultrasonic testing calibration blocks and reference blocks in Chinese national or industrial standard and specifications were analysed. With the aims of supporting experiments teaching and practices of non-destructive testing course, multi-function test piece of ultrasonic testing has been designed. The piece is equipped with typical features, such as plate surface, cylinder surface, rectangle groove, flat bottom hole, side drilled hole, and short side-drilled hole. The interference between different functional features has been avoided. It could satisfy the requirement of teaching and experiment with a unique part. The piece can be applied for the inspection of resolution, sensitivity, and amplitude linearity of normal probe, angle probe and ultrasonic testing equipment, and beam index of angle probe. It also can be used to experimental practise of inspecting the simulated flaws realised by reference reflectors.
