    中俄东线管道的无损检测方法及应用

    • 摘要: 对比分析了国内外标准规范规定的不同焊接方法对应的无损检测方法、比例及验收标准,收集分析了国外典型工程的做法,通过仿真模拟和现场试验验证推荐出了特殊焊缝的检测方法,最终确定出中俄东线黑河-长岭段干线管道的无损检测方法。对于大壁厚钢管连头和返修焊缝,可以采用100%(相控阵超声检测+超声波衍射时差法)+100%射线检测方法来确保缺陷的检出。对于不等壁厚对接自动焊环焊缝,其无法实现自动超声检测,建议采用100%(相控阵超声检测+超声波衍射时差法)+100%射线检测方法。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the non-destructive testing methods, proportions and acceptance criteria of different welding methods specified in the domestic and international standard are compared and analyzed, and the typical engineering practices are collected and analyzed. Then, the NDT for special welds are recommended by simulation and field test. Finally, the non-destructive testing method for the main line of China-Russia Eastern Natural Gas Pipeline (Heihe-Changling) is determined: The general automatic girth weld is checked by the corresponding proportion of radiographic testing according to different location grades, and the role of RT is just to judge the AUT process, and whether the weld is qualified or not is determined according to GB/T 50818. For tie-in and repair weld, 100% (PAUT + TOFD) +100% RT may possibly be used, and for unequal wall thickness butt weld, 100% (PAUT + TOFD) +100% RT is recommended.
