    锆合金薄板材的兰姆波自动检测

    Lamb wave automatic test of zirconium alloy sheet

    • 摘要: 为了改善手动检测锆合金薄板材时不稳定的缺点,同时获得可保存的检测结果,对薄板材兰姆波自动检测方法进行了研究,通过在水浸C扫描检测设备上增加兰姆波扫查装置,再模拟手动检测的方式实现了兰姆波的自动检测,并对4.5 mm厚板材试块进行了稳定性等性能测试,结果显示该自动检测方法可以获得稳定的检测结果。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the instability of manual detection and obtain the preservable detection results, this paper studies the automatic detection method of Lamb wave for thin sheet metal. The automatic detection by Lamb wave is realized by adding the simulation manual detection method of Lamb wave scanning device on the basis of C-scan detection equipment in water immersion. The stability and other properties of the 4. 5 mm thick plate standard test block were tested. The results show that the automatic detection method can obtain stable test results.
