    碳纤维蜂窝结构的锁相红外自动化检测系统研制

    Development of lock-in infrared automatic detection system forcarbon fiber honeycomb structure

    • 摘要: 碳纤维蜂窝结构广泛应用于航空航天领域,为确保碳纤维蜂窝结构在服役过程中的安全性,提高碳纤维蜂窝材料检测效率,设计开发了一套锁相红外自动化检测系统。该系统采用锁相红外无损检测技术,配置非制冷红外热像仪,热激励源采用LED(发光二极管)阵列方式,能实现LED高能量均匀加载与长时间连续工作。系统可完成对碳纤维蜂窝材料的自动检测,定位精度为0.1 mm,单次检测面积为400 mm×300 mm(长×宽);采用14×7=98个子工程可最大支持尺寸为3 500 mm×2 500 mm的大型基板检测,并可实现对检测结果的98幅图像无缝拼接,提高检测效率。

       

      Abstract: Carbon fiber honeycomb structure is widely used in aerospace field. It is necessary to ensure the safety of carbon fiber honeycomb structure in service. To improve the detection efficiency of carbon fiber honeycomb material, a phase-locked infrared automatic detection system was designed and developed. The system adopts phase-locked infrared nondestructive detection technology, is equipped with uncooled infrared thermal imager, and its thermal excitation source is LED array. In column mode, the LED can be loaded uniformly with high energy and work continuously for a long time. The system can detect the carbon fiber honeycomb material automatically with a positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm and a single detection area of 300 mm×400 mm. By using 14×7=98 sub-projects, it can support the detection of 3 500 mm×2 500 mm large-scale substrates, and achieves seamless integration of 98 images of detection images to improve detection efficiency.
