    核电站压力容器接管安全端同种钢焊缝的相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic testing for the same steel welds in the safe-end of pressure vessels in nuclear power plants

    • 摘要: 反应堆压力容器接管安全端与主管道对接接头属奥氏体不锈钢同种钢焊缝,受晶粒粗大等因素的影响,其常规超声检测的难度较大。结合焊接结构特点以及相控阵超声检测技术的优势,提出了一种接管安全端同种钢焊缝相控阵超声检测技术方案,阐述了相控阵探头参数设计方法,并根据确定的参数进行声场模拟和实测验证;使用参考试块、相控阵探头与常规探头进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,设计的相控阵检测技术方案可以有效地对接管安全端同种焊缝进行检测,定量能力高于常规超声检测技术的定量能力,并能有效减少探头数量和检测时间。

       

      Abstract: The joint between the safe-end of the reactor pressure vessel and the main pipe is the same kind of steel weldof austenitic stainless steel. The conventional ultrasonic inspection is difficult to cope with the task due to coarse grain. Combining the characteristics of welded structure and the advantages of phased array detection, a technical scheme for phased array ultrasonic inspection of the same kind of steel weld is proposed, and the parameter design method of phased array probe is described. The parameters determined by the technical scheme are simulated by the sound field and verified by the actual test. Finally, the comparison test between the reference test block and the conventional probe is carried out. The test results show that the designed phased array detection technology can effectively test the same kind of weld on the safe-end of the nozzle. Its detection ability is higher than that of conventional ultrasonic testing technology, and it can effectively reduce the number of probes and inspection time.
