    装配式建筑浆锚连接质量的冲击回波等效波速法检测试验

    Detection experiment on the impact-echo equivalent velocity method for quality ofgrouting-anchor connections in prefabricated building

    • 摘要: 采用冲击回波等效波速法对装配式建筑的浆锚连接质量进行了检测试验。试验结果表明:通过最大熵法(MEM)将信号转换成厚度云图的分析,冲击回波等效波速法可较准确地识别波纹管内是否灌浆与不同直径管内预埋的50 mm及100 mm尺寸小缺陷;但无法识别波纹管内是否存在钢筋,且螺旋箍筋、夹心保温层和双排波纹管的存在会导致浆锚连接质量无法有效判别。

       

      Abstract: Experimental studies on the grouting quality of the grouted and splicing joints in precast concrete buildings were undertaken based on the impact-echo equivalent velocity (IEEV)method. The test results show that through the maximum entropy method (MEM), the signals are converted into a thickness image. IEEV can accurately identify whether the corrugated pipe is grouted and it can identify the 50,100 mm small defects embedded in different diameter pipes; However, it is impossible to identify the existence of steel bar in corrugated bar, and spiral hoop, sandwich insulation layer and double row of corrugated pipes will result in the failure to identify the quality of grouting-anchor connection.
