    相控阵超声检测技术在铝合金液化天然气储罐焊缝检测中的应用

    Application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in weld detection of aluminum alloy LNG tank

    • 摘要: 铝合金储罐广泛应用于液化天然气的运输与储存中,液化天然气的超低温存储条件对储罐的制造质量提出了特别的要求。主要介绍相控阵超声检测技术在铝合金液化天然气储罐检测中的应用试验。结果表明:采用相控阵检测技术对铝合金液化天然气储罐对接焊缝进行检测,能完全满足标准的要求,且成像直观,可一次多角度扫描缺陷,对缺陷的检出率高,具有明显的应用优势。

       

      Abstract: Aluminum alloy storage tank is widely used in transportation and storage of liquefied natural gas. The ultra-low temperature storage condition of liquefied natural gas has put forward special requirements for the manufacturing quality of storage tanks. This paper mainly introduces the application of phased array ultrasonic testing in aluminum alloy LNG tank. The results show that the detection of butt weld of aluminum alloy LNG storage tank by phased array technology can completely meet the requirements of the standard, and the imaging is intuitive, and the defect can be scanned at multiple angles at one time, and the detection rate of the defect is high, which has obvious application advantages.
