    基于BP神经网络训练的储罐底板声发射检测评价方法

    Evaluation method of tank floor acoustic emission testing based on BP neural network training

    • 摘要: 将能够表征储罐底板安全状态的声发射特征参数以及其他影响声发射检测结果的因素作为输入参数,通过大量的检测数据对其进行训练,建立适用于储罐底板声发射评价的神经网络专家系统,并最终通过多台储罐的实际检测结果测试该评价系统的准确性,进而提高储罐底板声发射检测评价的可靠度。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the acoustic emission characteristic parameters which can represent the safety state of the tank floor and other factors are used as input parameters. Through a large number of test data, the neural network expert system suitable for the acoustic emission evaluation of the tank floor is established. Finally, the accuracy of the evaluation system is verified by the actual field results of multiple tanks, and the reliability of the evaluation of the acoustic emission testing of the tank floor is improved.
