Infrared nondestructive testing technique based on specular reflection

摘要: 针对红外无损检测技术在某类工程应用中遇到的可达性不足的问题,提出了一种利用镜面反射以扩大可检测范围的方法。介绍了该方法的检测原理及检测系统,并设计制备了不同材料的人工缺陷试块,分别采用常规红外无损检测与镜面反射的红外无损检测方法,对人工缺陷试块进行了试验。对各组试验结果进行对比,阐述了影响试验结果的确定因素,分析了影响检测灵敏度的其他相关因素,并对试验的改进方向提出建议。Abstract: In order to inspect some inaccessible areas for the infrared NDT, the author provides with a new technique, using specular reflection to expand the reachable area in practical work. This paper gives a brief introduction on the test principle and system. Different test specimens are designed and manufactured with artificial defects. Series of tests are carried out on these specimens by infrared NDT with or without specular reflection. The results are compared and analyzed after the tests. Some determined influencing factors of the test sensitivity are given and the related influencing factors are discussed. More details and suggestions are given in the end to promote the test and technique.
