Identification of defect signals of ultrasonic testing of aircraft secondary co-cured skin

摘要: 针对飞机二次共固化蒙皮结构部分位置的典型缺陷,结合CIVA软件理论仿真与实际检测数据的比对,总结出不同类型不同位置缺陷的典型特征。结果可以作为缺陷识别的指导,以便于检测人员更加准确地定性判断缺陷,也验证了CIVA软件仿真可以为检测工艺的制定提供支持。Abstract: Aiming at the detection of some typical defects in the secondary co-cured skin structure of aircraft, the typical characteristics of different types of defects in different positions are summarized by comparing the CIVA software theory simulation with the actual detection data. Results presented in the paper can be used as a guide for defect identification, and are convenient for inspectors to make qualitative judgment of defects more accurately. It is also verified that CIVA simulation can provide support for the formulation of detection process.
