The relationship between multi-probes layout and transverse detection pitch in probe rotating equipment

摘要: 以探头旋转超声波检测设备为例,按100%的横向检测覆盖要求,对多探头布置形式、数量、位置以及螺距间的关系进行了模拟分析,为探头旋转检测设备的设计使用提供依据。螺旋扫查检测设备中,研究各种类型缺陷的扫描螺距时可借鉴该方法,所得到的结论也可用于其他类似布置的超声波螺旋扫查检测设备。Abstract: Taking the probes-rotating ultrasonic testing equipment as an example, according to the requirements of 100% transverse detection coverage, this paper simulates and analyses the relationship between the multi-probes layout, quantity, position and pitch of multi-probes etc. The paper provides a basis for the design and the use of the probes-rotating ultrasonic device. The analytical method can be used to make sure the scanning pitch on the scanning longitudinal defects, layered defects for the probes-rotating ultrasonic testing device. The conclusions obtained in this paper can also be used in other similar ultrasonic spiral scanning and testing equipment.
