Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the eddy current impedance plane display testing instrument can not accurately quantify the size of defects, the quantitative method of eddy current testing is studied by using the mathematical statistics method of normal distribution and linear regression analysis, and the mathematical rules of the magnitude and size of eddy current impedance are obtained.It is proved by experiments that the quantitative effect is good.
