Defects quantitative method of eddy current testing based on mathematical statistics

摘要: 针对涡流阻抗平面显示检测仪器对缺陷大小不能准确定量检测的难题,采用正态分布及一元线性回归分析的数理统计方法,对涡流检测定量方法进行研究,得出了涡流阻抗幅值与缺陷大小的数学规律。经试验验证,定量检测结果良好。Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the eddy current impedance plane display testing instrument can not accurately quantify the size of defects, the quantitative method of eddy current testing is studied by using the mathematical statistics method of normal distribution and linear regression analysis, and the mathematical rules of the magnitude and size of eddy current impedance are obtained.It is proved by experiments that the quantitative effect is good.
