Abstract:
With the development of digital ray detection technology, CR and DR digital ray detection technology has been widely used in various industries due to its advantages of high detection sensitivity, fast detection speed and electronic storage of photographic plate data. In this paper, the equivalence evaluation of CR digital ray detection technology, typical crack experimental analysis, and DR digital ray detection technology experiment based on different kinds of ray devices were carried out for the main working areas of ship industry X-ray detection (steel plate butt weld and pipeline butt weld), aiming to verify the applicability of digital ray detection technology in ship field.
