Field measurement of full focus phased array technology

  • 摘要: 全聚焦相控阵系统不能显示A扫,从而给检测带来问题。通过研究全聚焦相控阵的声场特性和信号特性,提出“场测量”技术路线,阐述了有关原理和实施的基本过程,论证了在焊缝检测应用中的可行性,给出了一些试验结果。结果表明:场测量技术路线有利于全聚焦相控阵技术优势的发挥,在检测中的应用效果良好。
    Abstract: Due to the fact that there is no A-scan display in a fully-focus phased array system, so this might cause some difficulties for the defect detection. By studying the sound field characteristics and signal characteristics of the fully-focus phased array, a new technical route of "field measurement" is proposed. The principle and the basic process of implementation were explained and the feasibility in the application of weld inspection was demonstrated. Some experiments were also given. It is pointed out that the presented field measurement technology route is beneficial to the unique characteristics of the fully-focus phased array technology and it can achieve good results.
