Preliminary study on the acoustic field characteristics of full focus phased array technology

  • 摘要: 全聚焦相控阵超声的有关理论研究已基本完成,其仪器系统的研发也已取得成效,但其应用研究还相对滞后。从全聚焦相控阵的声场特性和信号特性入手,指出其与传统脉冲反射法的明显差别。通过理论分析和试验对全聚焦相控阵声场特性进行了初步验证。同时指出,由于全聚焦相控阵具有独特的声场特性和信号特性,可以采用一种“场测量”和“场校准”技术路线,不仅可以解决系统没有A扫显示给检测带来的困难,而且在焊缝检测的应用中具有优势。
    Abstract: Fully focused phased array ultrasound theoretical research has been basically completed, and instrument system research and development has achieved results, but application research is relatively lagging. In this paper, the sound field characteristics and signal characteristics of the full focus phased array are studied. A new concept about the field and a new technical route of field measurement and field calibration are proposed to solve the problem that the full focus phased array system does not have A-scan detection. At the same time, it is pointed out that due to the unique sound field characteristics and signal characteristics of the full focus phased array, it has excellent performance in weld inspection.
