    基于CIVA仿真的电涡流检测参数优化

    Optimization of eddy current testing parameters based on CIVA simulation

    • 摘要: 涡流缺陷检测作为较为成熟的无损检测方法,虽有对传感器的部分参数进行优化改进的研究,但缺乏整体、系统的分析。CIVA软件作为较为新兴的软件,在无损检测仿真方面,更具专业性,操作更为简洁。建立不同材料的3D缺陷仿真模型,并设计了相应的正交实验,通过直观分析、方差分析、贡献率分析等方法,探究了各因素对缺陷检测结果的影响程度,确定了在不同材料缺陷检测时,主要影响因素贡献率的变化规律,提出了最优的探头尺寸参数,并最终给出了实际调试过程中不同参数的推荐调试顺序。

       

      Abstract: As a relatively mature nondestructive testing method, eddy current testing has received some research interest on the optimization and improvement of some parameters of the sensor, but on the whole it lacks overall and systematic analysis. As a kind of relatively new software, CIVA software is more professional and simpler in terms of nondestructive testing and simulation. In this paper, we established the 3D defect simulation model of different materials, and designed the corresponding orthogonal experiment. Through visual analysis, analysis of variance and contribution rate, the influence degree of each factor on the defect detection result was explored. We determined the variation law of the contribution rate of the main influencing factors in the detection of different material defects, and proposed the optimal probe size parameters. Finally, the debugging sequence of the different parameters recommended during the actual debugging process is given.
