    钛管涡流检测的频率选择及其汽蚀减薄缺陷的定量

    Frequency selection and thinning defects quantification of titanium tube eddy current test

    • 摘要: 在凝汽器钛管的涡流检测中,采用不同的检测频率,以使涡流渗透一定厚度的管壁,从而达到检出缺陷的目的,并且介绍了不同检测频率对缺陷定量测量的差异性。通过理论分析及实际现场检测试验,总结了凝汽器钛管涡流检测时,选择检测频率以及定量检测外壁减薄类缺陷的一般方法,可为在役检测提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The article mainly introduces that when the eddy current test of the titanium tube of the condenser is carried out, by selecting different frequencies, not only the eddy current can penetrate the wall of a certain thickness to perform defect detection, but also different. The frequency of inspections will have a certain difference in the quantitative measurement of defects. Through theoretical analysis and actual field test, this paper expounds how to choose the general method of eddy current test frequency and quantitative measurement of external wall thinning defects when implementing eddy current test of condenser titanium tube, which can provide reference for in-service inspection.
