    二维结构中亚波长缺陷的超声特征

    Ultrasonic characteristics of sub-wavelength defects in two-dimensional structure

    • 摘要: 在复合材料中,对于亚波长缺陷的检测还比较困难。基于包含铝和水的二维结构,通过时域有限差分法仿真研究了亚波长缺陷的超声特征,结果表明:当缺陷尺寸和缺陷间排列位置改变时,超声反射信号波形出现了相应的改变,这可以用于从反射回波中提取特征,从而确定亚波长缺陷的尺寸及排列位置。

       

      Abstract: In artificial composite materials, the detection of sub-wavelength defects is still difficult.This thesis established two-dimensional aluminum plate models based on finite difference properties method (FDTD) to study the ultrasonic characteristics of sub-wavelength defects. It is found that when the size and arrangement position of the defect change, the waveform of the ultrasonic reflection signal changes accordingly, which can be used to extract the feature from the reflected echo to determine the size and arrangement position of the sub-wavelength defect.
