Structural Damage Identification Technology of Manned Submersible Based on Vibration Test

  • 摘要: 针对大深度载人潜水器复杂结构系统在甲板上带载情况下进行快速损伤识别的技术难点,将振动测试的方法引入到载人潜水器的结构损伤识别中,提出了一种用于载人潜水器结构损伤识别的快速评估方法。利用离散二进小波变换对振动响应信号中叠加的模态信息进行分离,然后通过小波包变换得到能量值,结合两者定义了损伤联合评估方法的损伤指标。结果表明,使用该联合评估方法能够有效地识别载人潜水器结构中损伤部位与无损部位的差异,能够将该损伤评估方法应用于深海运载装备中。
    Abstract: Aiming at the technical difficulties of rapid damage identification for a large-scale manned submersible with complex structural system under deck loading, this paper introduces the vibration testing method into the recognition of structural damage of manned submersibles. A fast evaluation method for the structural damage of the manned submersible is proposed and a wavelet-based approach is employed in this paper. Discrete dyadic wavelet transform is used to separate the modal information superimposed in the vibration response signal, and then the energy value is obtained through wavelet packet transform. The damage index of joint damage assessment method is defined by combining them. The experimental analysis results prove that the joint assessment method can effectively identify the difference between the damage site and the non-destructive site in the manned submersible structure. The damage assessment method can be applied to deep-sea transport equipment.
