Abstract:
In view of the problem of the stress and corrosion of the bottom plate caused by the uneven settlement of the vertical storage tank, the influence of different liquid level and separate settlement area on the uneven settlement of the tank, the variation of stress and corrosion rate, the variety of acoustic emission parameters and the change of corrosion rate are studied by means of finite element simulation analysis, simulated settlement experiment and acoustic emission simulation corrosion rate experiment. The results show that with the evolution of the uneven settlement area, the stress and corrosion rate of the floor also changes. At the same time, the impact number of acoustic emission detection is also altered, further verify the feasibility of using acoustic emission technology to detect the change of corrosion rate of the floor.
