    相控阵超声与数字射线检测技术在锅炉水冷壁焊缝检测中的应用对比

    Comparison of Application of Phased Array Ultrasound and Digital Ray Detection Technology in Boiler Water Cold Wall Weld

    • 摘要: 相控阵超声和数字射线检测技术是近几年借助计算机成像技术发展起来的新型无损检测手段,能够弥补常规超声和射线胶片检测技术的不足,具有良好的应用前景。制作水冷壁焊缝模拟试样,应用相控阵超声与数字射线检测技术对预制缺陷进行检测,通过分析其技术特点来验证检测的可行性,为今后水冷壁焊缝无损检测工作提供新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Phased array ultrasonic and digital Ray detection technology is a new type of nondestructive detection method developed by computer imaging technology in recent years. It can make up for the deficiency of conventional ultrasonic and Ray film detection technology and has good application prospects. In this paper, by making simulated samples of water-cooled wall welds, the phased array ultrasonic and digital Ray detection technology were used to detect precast defects.The feasibility of testing is verified through analyzing the technical characteristics, which provides a new idea for the future non-destructive testing of water-cooled wall welds.
