    磁测应力传感器的有限元仿真

    Finite Element Simulation of Magnetic Stress Sensor

    • 摘要: 铁磁性材料构件在使用过程中,应力集中易导致构件失效乃至安全事故的发生,针对此问题,设计了一种U型探头磁测应力传感器,并通过COMSOL软件进行了有限元分析。该设计采用U型探头作为传感器与被测钢板形成闭合回路,将磁信号转化为电信号输出,利用COMSOL仿真软件建立传感器模型进行三维有限元分析,对主要影响参数进行仿真研究,根据仿真结果选出最优参数,以为硬件设计提供理论依据,并最终制作出了硬件实物。

       

      Abstract: Because stress concentration maybe leads to safety accidents during the use of ferromagnetic material components, a U-shaped probe of magnetic stress sensor was designed and the finite element analysis based on COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS was performed. The design uses a U-shaped probe as a sensor to form a closed loop with the tested steel plate, transforming magnetic signals into electrical signal outputs. A model for 3D finite element analysis on the sensor was established based on COMSOL software and the main influence parameters were simulated. The optimal parameters were selected based on the simulation results, and this provides the theoretical basis for the design of hardware. Finally, the hardware is produced.
