摘要: 自动超声波检测校准试块主要用于设置和复核系统的灵敏度、定位误差等参数,针对不同形式的坡口以及不同区域设置专用反射体,主要包括:盖面反射体、填充区域反射体、根部反射体、体积通道反射体等,同时对校准试块的取材、反射体的设计原则、反射体的精度等给出了具体的要求,根据文中描述的设计原理和具体参数,可设计出符合标准要求的全自动超声波检测校准试块。Abstract: Calibration block of zonal discrimination automated ultrasonic testing is used to calibrate system sensitivity, positioning tolerance etc. Reflectors including cap reflector, fill zone reflector, root reflector and volumetric reflectors are designed to match different grooves and specified zones. The calibration block material and reflector machining tolerance is also given. The calibration block shall be designed appropriately as per fundamental and parameter details.
