    相控阵超声检测技术在薄壁小径管中的应用

    The Application of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Technology in the Thin-Walled Small-Diameter Pipe

    • 摘要: 依据相控阵超声检测原理,结合小径管焊缝的特点,选择带有焊接缺陷的,规格(外径×壁厚)为φ34 mm×4 mm的小径管焊缝,进行相控阵检测并与其他检测方法结果作了比对分析。对现场检测数据进行分析,结果表明:相控阵超声检测技术能直观、快速、准确地检测出缺陷,可保证设备的安全运行。

       

      Abstract: According to the principle of phased array ultrasonic testing and combining with the characteristics of weld of small tube, small tubes with weld defects of φ34 mm×4 mm specifications (outer diameter×wall thickness) were chosen for phased array inspection and comparisons with other test results were carried out. Through the analysis of field test data, phased array ultrasonic testing technology can visually, quickly and accurately detect defects and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
