Abstract: As an important method of aircraft maintenance, nondestructive testing technology directly affects the safety performance and service life of aircraft. The nondestructive testing manual is the guiding document for nondestructive testing concerning about civil aviation maintenance. It is of vital importance for the correct implementation of nondestructive testing technology. Therefore, based on the Boeing 737NG aircraft, this paper mainly combs the development process and writing rules of the Boeing aircraft nondestructive testing manual, aiming to provide reference for the preparation of the nondestructive testing manual for civil aircraft.
