Design and Application of 450 kV and 600 kV High Frequency X-ray Machines

  • 摘要: 450 kV和600 kV高频X射线机的设计难点是高频超高压电源的研发,X射线机的高压电源一般包括电源调制器和高压发生器。从这两方面入手研究,利用高频逆变电源技术设计出适合450 kV和600 kV超高压X射线机的高频超高压电源,进而设计并生产出完全国产化的450 kV和600 kV高频X射线机。通过试验比较可知,这种国产化的高频X射线机的各项技术指标完全达到进口水平,在某些性能上甚至优于进口设备。
    Abstract: The difficulty in the design of 450 kV and 600 kV high-frequency X-ray machines is the research and development of high-frequency ultra-high voltage power supply. The high voltage power supply of X-ray machine generally includes power modulator and high voltage generator. Starting from these two aspects, the final breakthrough and innovation point is to use high-frequency inverter power technology to design a high-frequency ultra-high voltage power supply suitable for 450 kV and 600 kV ultra-high voltage X-ray machine, and then design and produce the completely domestic 450 kV and 600 kV high-frequency X-ray machines. Through the experiment comparison, each technical index of this kind of localization high frequency X-ray machine achieves the import level completely, even some parameters are better.
