Performance Diagnosis of Online Ultrasonic Thickness Measuring System Based on Feature Points

摘要: 提出了基于回波信号的典型幅值特征点识别的超声波系统健康状况判断方案,通过对特征点的提取和引申运算,及时自动地对测量硬件系统的性能作出合理适当的判断和评价,提示相关人员是否需要进行现场维修。分析结果与试验数据表明,通过识别特征点判断系统性能的方法切实可行,对长期监测超声波设备健康状况有积极作用,且大大提高了系统维护的效率。目前该方法已经实现工程化应用。Abstract: In this paper, a typical amplitude feature point recognition and extraction scheme is proposed in the online monitoring system. By extracting the feature points and correlating the calculation, the performance of the hardware system is reasonably and appropriately judged and evaluated in time. Furthermore suggestions on whether the relevant personnel was needed to carry out on-site maintenance were put forward. The experimental data and analysis results show that it is feasible to judge the performance of the system by feature point analysis, and it has a positive effect on the long-term monitoring of the health status of the ultrasonic equipment.
