Experiment of Magnetic Particle Inspection of Heat Treated 4340 Steel Parts

摘要: 对4340钢零件热处理后进行磁粉检测时，发现零件表面存有磁痕显示。通过对不同试件进行对比试验和分析可知，该磁痕显示并非热处理裂纹，而是合金偏析，并对此提出了改进建议。

Abstract: When the 4340 steel parts were performed by magnetic powder inspection after heat treatment, magnetic traces appeared. Through comparison test and analysis, it is found that the magnetic trace is not a heat treatment crack, but an alloy segregation and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
