    EPR核电站主管道的超声相控阵检测

    Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection of Main Pipeline of EPR Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: EPR(European Pressurized Reactor)核电站主管道是连接压水堆核电站主回路系统的重要组成部件,采用锻造奥氏体不锈钢窄间隙焊缝连接而成,奥氏体不锈钢管具有声学各向异性、晶粒粗大以及大壁厚的特点,为了提高主管道环焊缝超声检测的可靠性和检测效率,开展了主管道环焊缝超声相控阵检测技术的研究。使用专业声学仿真软件对相控阵探头产生的声束以及声束在奥氏体钢管内的传播进行了声场的仿真模拟,设置了超声相控阵探头参数和相控阵检测工艺参数,并在带有自然缺陷的模拟体试块上进行了试验。试验结果表明,所开发的相控阵超声检测工艺可有效检出验证试块中的缺陷,且缺陷定量分析结果满足规范要求。

       

      Abstract: The main pipe of EPR (European Pressurized Reactor) nuclear power plant is an important component of connecting the main loop system of PWR nuclear power plant and is connected with forged austenitic stainless steel with narrow gap weld. The austenitic stainless steel pipe has the characteristics of acoustic anisotropy, coarse grain size and large wall thickness. In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the ultrasonic inspection of MCL, phased array (PA) inspection technology has been investigated in this paper. The sound fields of the designed PA probes are demonstrated by the acoustic simulation software. Then, the phased array inspection technology was performed on the natural defects block. The results of the experiment indicated that the PA ultrasonic inspection technology could detect the defects of austenite welds effectively, and the precision of defects sizing met the requirements of related rules.
