Genetic Analysis of Defects in Tubes of Industrial Cooling Water Heat Exchanger in a Power Plant

  • 摘要: 某电厂大修期间,对两台工业冷却水热交换器传热管进行100%涡流检测,检测出较多缺陷。对缺陷进行数据分析,判定缺陷类型,并对缺陷位置进行统计分析,确认折流杆的振动磨损为缺陷形成的主要原因;结合该容器的结构特征,提出"相位-伤深"法为该类磨损缺陷较为合理的定量检测方法。
    Abstract: During the overhaul of a power plant, all tubes of two industrial cooling water heat exchangers were tested by eddy current testing, and many defects were found. The defects were analyzed by data and the types of the defect were determined. Furthermore, the position and type of defects were statistically analyzed. The conclusion is that the vibration and wear of the baffle bar is the main reason for the formation of defects. Combined with the structural characteristics of the container, it is suggested that the so called "phase-depth of the defect" method is a more reasonable quantitative method for this kind of wear defect.
