    基于九脚磁传感器的残余奥氏体测量技术

    The Retained Austenite Measurement Technology by Nine-feet Sensor

    • 摘要: 为了更好地研究残余奥氏体的含量同饱和磁感应强度之间的关系,在饱和磁化原理的基础上,推导出交流磁导率同金属奥氏体含量之间的关系,利用有限元法对九脚传感器的结构参数进行优化,根据优化结果制作了九脚传感器,并测量了不同奥氏体含量的Q235钢样品,结果与标定结果吻合较好,证明该方法稳定性好、精度高,适合残余奥氏体含量的测量。

       

      Abstract: Based on the saturation magnetization, the relation of the retained content of austenite and ac magnetic permeability is deduced. Optimized by finite element method, the structure of nine feet probe is used to detect some Q235 samples with different austenite content. The results are in good agreement with the samples calibration, and it tells that this method is suitable to detect the content of residual austenite.
