Abstract:
The analysis of the collected data in the eddy current inspection of the steam generator heat transfer tube is an essential part of ensuring the operation of steam generator under safe working conditions. This necessarily needs to be done through related software. However, the work of nuclear power in China still relies mainly on foreign related data analysis software to complete. In order to reverse this situation, this paper tries to investigate the related algorithms and techniques of eddy current data analysis and to implement a steam generator heat transfer tube eddy current inspection data analysis software. The software system solves the basic function modules needed in the eddy current inspection of the heat transfer tube of the steam generator of the nuclear power plant, such as multiple signal measurement, amplitude definition, calibration curve production, mixing frequency, etc., thus freeing the company from dependence on similar foreign software. The experimental and field application shows that the algorithm achieves good effect of data analysis and reaches the level of similar foreign software, which can fully meet the requirements of the SG heat transfer tube pre-service and in-service inspection for eddy current data analysis.
