Abstract: This paper discusses the necessities of constructing a training system of nondestructive testing personnel for civil nuclear safety equipment. Based on this, the paper proposes a method for the construction of the training system. To better adapt to the development of nuclear power in China and ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
