Abstract: The standard of NB/T 47013-2015 Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipments requests the process validation be performed to validate its applicability and effectiveness while the test operation instruction manual is being initially used. At present, some detection persons cannot understand it thoroughly so that they execute standard not well enough. The method of specific implementations are expounded through examples so process certification could be applied correctly in actual work, and made the instruction manual of test operation play a due role in detection work.
