摘要: NB/T 47013-2015《承压设备无损检测》对首次使用的检测操作指导书提出了工艺验证要求，以证实其适用性和有效性。由于部分检测人员对工艺验证的理解和标准的执行存在偏差，因此通过示例列举和说明了工艺验证的具体实施方法，以便在实际工作中正确应用标准中工艺验证的实施方法，发挥检测操作指导书在检测工作中的应有作用。Abstract: The standard of NB/T 47013-2015 Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipments requests the process validation be performed to validate its applicability and effectiveness while the test operation instruction manual is being initially used. At present, some detection persons cannot understand it thoroughly so that they execute standard not well enough. The method of specific implementations are expounded through examples so process certification could be applied correctly in actual work, and made the instruction manual of test operation play a due role in detection work.
