Application of Industrial CT Technology for Additive Manufacturing Product by Selective Laser Melting

  • 摘要: 通过对工业CT(计算机断层成像)技术原理及特点的分析,及激光选区熔化增材制造典型缺陷形成机理与特征的研究,设计制作了激光选区熔化增材制造工业CT检测用对比试件和缺陷模拟试件,开展了对比试件、缺陷模拟试件和实际样件的工业CT检测研究,结果表明:工业CT技术能有效检测出激光选区熔化增材制造中的孔洞及裂纹等典型缺陷,是选区熔化增材制造产品品质保证的有效检测手段。
    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the industrial CT technology principle and on the understanding of forming mechanism and characteristics of typical defects of the laser melt additive manufacturing, the contrast specimens with simulated defects were designed with the help of laser melt additive manufacturing process. Industrial CT tests were performed for the contrast specimen, specimens with simulated defects and the actual samples, and test results have shown that the industrial computed tomography technology can effectively detect typical defects of products by laser melting additive manufacturing, such as holes and cracks, and the CT is an effective detection method for quality assurance of laser melting additive manufacturing product.
