In-situ Testing Method of R Area for Aircraft Structure

摘要: 针对某飞机结构外R(半径)区的损伤特征,在分析常规无损检测方法的优势和局限性的基础上,选择了涡流检测法对R区进行在役原位检测,并对该检测方法的检出能力及可靠性进行了研究和试验验证,最后制定了可靠的检测工艺,为飞机结构疲劳裂纹的无损检测工作提供了参考。Abstract: According to the damage characteristics of an aircraft R region, based on the analysis of the advantages and limitations of conventional nondestructive testing (NDT) methods, the eddy current testing method is selected for in-situ detection of the R region. The detection capacity and reliability of this method for the R region are studied and verified. Finally, a reliable detection process is established which can provide guidance for the NDT of fatigue crack of aircraft structure.
