    爆炸焊接奥氏体不锈钢复合板复层厚度测量

    Measurement of Cladding Thickness of Explosive Welded Austenitic Stainless Steel Clad Plate

    • 摘要: 采用超声测厚法、金相测厚法、磁性测厚法等对爆炸焊接奥氏体不锈钢复合板复层进行了测厚,分析了这些方法的适宜性。结果表明,磁性测厚法不适合对该材料进行现场检验,复层厚度的测量结果存在较大偏差;超声测厚法和金相测厚法均适合奥氏体不锈钢的测厚。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the ultrasound thickness measurement, the metallographic thickness measurement, the magnetic thickness measurement of the cladding of austenitic stainless steel clad plate for explosive welding is studied experimentally.The results show that the magnetic thickness measurement is not suitable for the field test of this material, which leads to the large deviation of the measurement results of the cladding thickness. Both ultrasonic thickness measurement and metallographic thickness measurement are suitable for thickness measurement of austenitic stainless steel.
