超声波对疏水管道液位高度的测量

摘要: 采用数字式A型脉冲反射超声仪对疏水管道液位回波声程进行了测量,计算得出液位高度,并通过拟合公式对液位高度的计算结果进行了校正。结果表明:在20~60℃温度范围内,数字式A型脉冲反射超声仪可以高效地实现疏水管道液位的测量,经校正的测量结果误差在±1 mm以内。Abstract: The A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic instrument is used to measure the sound path in liquid level of the hydrophobic pipe.The liquid level is obtained by calculation and the calculation results are corrected by formulas.It is achieved in the measurement of the liquid level of the hydrophobic pipeline conveniently and efficiently in the range of 20℃ to 60℃,using the A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic instrument. The error of the detection result calculated is ±1 mm.
