Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Industrial Titanium Pressure Vessels

  • 摘要: 国内外化工领域对钛材压力容器声发射检测的研究不多,对工业纯钛板材和工业钛制压力容器的声发射特性进行了试验。试验结果表明:声发射传感器在工业纯钛板材及钛制压力容器上的布置间距可达到4.5 m,声发射定位源强度的下限可确定为60 dB左右。结果可为该材料压力容器声发射检测的研究提供一定的数据支持。
    Abstract: Now there are few researches on the acoustic emission detection of pressure vessels for titanium at home and abroad. This article studied the characteristics of AE of this material from the plates and the pressure vessel. The conclusion of the test was that the sensors can be arranged at not less than 4.5m apart on the plate or the pressure vessel made of the industrial titanium, and the lower limits of the AE source intensity for location can be 60 dB. The acoustic emission parameters obtained from this experiment provide some data support for the detection and research of the acoustic emission of the pressure vessel.
