Time-Frequency Analysis of Ultrasonic Testing Signal of Small Diameter Titanium Steel Explosive Composite Bar

  • 摘要: 在钛-钢棒材材料爆炸复合工艺中,接合面形貌是反映复合品质的重要指标。采用水浸超声检测方法,针对A扫信号进行研究,通过短时傅里叶变换二次时频变换,将时域上的时间-幅值分布非平稳信号变换成时间-能量信号,并建立超声图像,显示复合面波高及波宽尺寸。试验结果表明,成像结果与实际复合尺寸基本一致。为小径棒材爆炸复合工艺超声评价方法提供了一种新思路。
    Abstract: In the explosive composite process of titanium-steel bar material, the shape of the joint surface is an important index to reflect the composite quality.The ultrasonic detection method of water immersion is adopted in this paper, and research on A-scan signal was performed. Through the short time Fourier transform of the second time frequency transform, the time-amplitude distribution non-stationary signal in the time domain was transformed into time-energy signal, and the ultrasonic image was established through displaying composite surface wave height and width dimensions.The results show that the imaging results are consistent with the actual composite size.It provides a new method for ultrasonic evaluation of explosive composite process of small diameter bar.
