Application of Excel in Nondestructive Testing Data Organization

摘要: 无损检测资料整理过程中涉及数据的录入、编辑和整理，然而由于需要整理的数据量大，数据种类繁多，存在比对工作繁琐、工作量大、出错率高等问题。举例介绍如何利用软件Microsoft Office Excel中的公式、函数、数值转换等功能，快速对大量数据实现比对、整编，以说明充分利用Excel软件能极大地提高检测人员的工作效率、准确率。Abstract: Data entry, editing and organization are involved in the process of nondestructive testing data collation. Because the amount of data needed to be compiled is huge and there are many kinds of data, the work is tedious, the workload is heavy and the error rate is high. This paper introduces the use of formulas, functions, numerical conversion and other functions in Microsoft Office Excel to quickly compare and compile a large number of data, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of inspectors.
