Penetrant Testing Technology of Tube (Titanium) and Tube Sheet (Titanium/Steel Clad Plate) Welded Joint

  • 摘要: 管壳式换热器之换热管(钛)与管板(钛/钢复合板)焊接接头进行渗透检测时,存在管孔内壁渗透液去除困难等问题,通过多次工艺实践制作了渗透液去除专用工具; 结合三种渗透检测材料的对比,确定了合适的去除工艺和检测材料,取得了较好的效果。结果为类似产品渗透检测提供了参考。
    Abstract: When the welded joints of heat exchanger (Ti) and tube-plate (Ti/steel composite plate) are tested, there are many problems such as the difficulty of removing the permeate from the inner wall of the tube hole, and many other problems. A special tool for the removal of the penetrant is made through many technological practices. Combined with the comparison of three kinds of osmotic testing materials, the suitable removal process and testing materials were finally determined, and good results were obtained. The results provide a reference for the penetration detection of similar products.
