Analysis and Discussion of Steel Pipe-Encased Concrete Defects by Ultrasonic Inspection

  • 摘要: 应用钢管混凝土超声检测技术,结合工程实例,针对钢管混凝土缺陷检测过程和分析方法进行了探讨,提出在检测过程中应注意的一些问题,总结缺陷检测时的超声波波形特征及缺陷分析时的关键问题,指出通过声时修正的方法可减小钢管壁厚因素对缺陷检测精确性的影响。
    Abstract: Combining with case studies on engineering application, the discussion on steel pipe-encased concrete defects during ultrasonic inspection was carried out. Some points to be noted in the ultrasonic testing process were put forward. The waveform characteristics of steel pipe-encased concrete defects and the key problems during defects analysis were summarized. The influence of the pipe wall thickness on the accuracy of defect detection can be reduced by sound time correction.
