    温度对金属磁记忆检测的影响

    Effect of Temperature on Metal Magnetic Memory Detection

    • 摘要: 针对温度对磁记忆检测影响的研究较少的问题,建立典型试样的仿真模型,并对其施加不同的温度进行有限元仿真,以此研究温度的变化对磁记忆检测的影响。仿真结果表明,在达到试样材料的居里点之前,温度对磁记忆检测的影响不大,当温度接近居里点时,磁记忆信号的峰峰值会急剧增大,并且试样材料只是影响不同温度时的磁记忆检测信号的大小,对信号的变化规律影响不大。

       

      Abstract: Few studies have addressed the effect of magnetic memory detection at different temperatures. In this paper, the simulation model of some typical samples is set up, and different temperature were applied to the finite element simulation to study the influence of temperature change on the magnetic memory detection. The simulation results show that the temperature has little effect on the magnetic memory detection before the Curie point of the material is reached. When the temperature is close to Curie point, the peak value of magnetic memory signal will increase sharply, and the material itself only influences the value of magnitude of the magnetic memory detection signal at different temperatures, and has little effect on the change law of the signal.
