Application of Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology in Nondestructive Testing of Composite Materials

摘要: 复合材料的缺陷检测至关重要,介绍了红外热波成像技术的原理特点,重点论述了脉冲红外热波成像技术和锁相红外热波成像技术,采用上述两种技术对多种复合材料进行了检测。试验结果表明:脉冲红外热波成像技术和锁相红外热波成像技术能对多种复合材料的缺陷进行检测。Abstract: It is very important to detect the defects of composite materials. In this paper, the principle of infrared thermal wave imaging technology is introduced, and the pulse infrared thermal wave imaging technology and lock-in infrared thermal wave imaging technology are focused on. The two technologies are used to detect a variety of composite materials. The experimental results show that pulsed infrared thermal imaging technology and lock-in infrared thermal imaging technology are rather effective in the detection of composite material defects.
