    飞机多层结构铆钉孔周缺陷的阵列脉冲涡流检测

    Array Pulsed Eddy Current Detection of Rivet Hole Defect in Multi-layer Metal Riveting Structure in Aircraft

    • 摘要: 飞机多层金属铆接结构中铆钉周边缺陷的检测是无损检测领域中的难点。基于阵列脉冲涡流检测技术,采用线性阵列矩形探头并用TMR芯片接收信号,采用旋转式扫描的检测方法对铆钉孔周缺陷进行检测。结果表明,缺陷和阵列轴线存在一个最佳角度检测点,旋转式扫描方法对铆钉孔周缺陷具有显著的检测效果。

       

      Abstract: Detection of the defects in the rivet in the aircraft multi-layer metal riveting structure has been a difficult task and hot spot in the field of nondestructive testing.Based on the array pulsed eddy current technology,this study used linear array rectangular probe and used the TMR chip to receive the signal. The probe can be used to detect rivet hole defects by rotary scanning method. The results show that there is an optimal angle detection point for the defect and the array axis,and the rotary scanning is capable of effectively detecting flaws around the rivet hole.
