关于ASME锅炉与压力容器规范中管状校准试块设计的讨论

Discussion on Design of Piping Calibration Block Based on ASME BPVC

摘要: ASME（美国机械工程师协会）锅炉与压力容器规范第V卷第4章强制性附录里介绍了PAUT（超声相控阵）检测的相关要求，其中校准试块的内容是在第4章常规UT（超声检测）校准试块的基础上做的少许修改。结合PAUT和常规UT的异同点，从实际情况出发，在满足ASME锅炉与压力容器规范第V卷要求的条件下，更详细地阐述了校准试块的形状、反射体数量和位置等参数，为更方便有效地校准PAUT系统提供借鉴。

Abstract: Mandatory appendix Article 4 ASME BPVC Section V introduces the requirements of PAUT inspection, and the general requirement for its calibration block is referred back to Article 4 with some modification. In order to make it more efficient in PAUT system calibration, this article gives some recommendations on calibration block's configuration, reflector position and size under condition of fulfilling the requirement of ASME BPVC Section V.
