    火电厂金属部件的相控阵超声检测

    The Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Metal Parts in Coal-Fired Power Plant

    • 摘要: 应用相控阵超声技术检测了不同的金属部件,对比了相控阵技术与常规无损检测技术的不同,结果显示相控阵超声检测具有灵活性高、检测速度快、检测结果直观、重复性好、可实时显示等优点。虽然相控阵超声检测技术具有很多优点,但是金属部件的监督检验是一个多方法、多方位的检测过程,应合理应用各种无损检测方法对金属构件进行检测。

       

      Abstract: Phased array ultrasonic technology is used in different metal parts, and the difference between phased array technology and conventional technology is compared. The results show that phased array ultrasonic detecting technology is characteristic of high flexibility, high speed, intuitive test results, good repeatability, real-time display and other advantages. Although the advantages of phased array ultrasonic technology are prominent, the supervision and inspection of metal parts is of a multi-method and multi-directional diagnosis, and various detection methods should therefore be applied reasonably.
